A popular family favourite with many because its location is one of the best on offer with a 2 minute stroll to the beach or local general store - just perfect for holidays. This quintessential beach cottage was fully rebuilt in 2017 and further updated in 2020 and is completely new inside and out. Still maintaining its former beach house charm and style but now sporting a roof terrace with outstanding ocean views. The brand new kitchen has ample work-space for creating a feast & merges seamlessly with the decked alfresco area. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is an absolute delight with comfortable decor and furnishings throughout. In summer enjoy an afternoon on the roof terrace watching the sun go down, whilst the kids play cricket in the backyard or maybe a game of tennis at the courts about 100m away. Huzza's surf break and South Point are great for the novice and more experienced surfer - and you don't even have to put your board in the car! Linen not included.
