Outdoor area and secure back yard.. Strictly no pets. Please note - Guests will not have access to the garage. Great Western showcases some wonderful local winemakers. There are currently 3 James Halliday 5-star rated wineries! Be sure to check out the cellar doors for a tasting today! If wine is not your thing, perhaps beer is! Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co. located in the center of Halls Gap plays hosts regular live music and events with a seasonal street-food fusion menu. Other food options in the region offer a range of five-star dining, cozy cafes, farm gate provedores and within a short walk, you will be at the local country pub or Sallingers Cafe. The Property is within 30 Minutes drive to Halls Gap. Great central location in Great Western. Located next to the CFA shed, so the siren my go off from time to time, and although the property is situated a block from the Highway - you will rarely hear any noise. Off street parking available. Walking distance to pub and cafe. Take a walk around the town, check out the local wineries, or have a coffee and check out the local beehive at Sallingers cafe. Plenty of things to see and do.
