Located on the high side of Crookhaven Parade in the small village of Currarong, the property adjoins a quiet, grassy State Reserve that is a favourite resting place for the local kangaroos. The design of this home is completely unique, with the theme of industrial-modern beach house executed to perfection. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms, with a stylish ensuite to the main bedroom upstairs together with second living area leading out onto the outdoor entertainment area through full length glass opening doors, other features that make this home stand out include polished and heated concrete floors, a freestanding bath in the extra-large sized bathroom, and feature metalwork created from 120-year-old salvaged steel.
