Everything. It was so peaceful and not having great reception was a bonus for us. The location is out of the way so it's quiet. But still close to a town for supplies! It was such an amazing experience for us to reconnect as a couple. The room we stayed in was small - but this wasn't a problem for us!

The main reason we stayed here was because pets were allowed. Our recently acquired rescue dog thoroughly enjoyed being with us. The paths and gardens in a quiet bush setting were ideal for walking him. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The kitchen facilities were compact but clean and suited our needs. The bed was comfortable but it would have been better to have a little more space to fit in the dog bed. Next time we will book one of the larger apartments.

Pokolbin is around a 30 min drive which at first I was worried about the convenience of this, especially on a self-drive weekend. However, the location of this place is set within lovely grounds. They had a camp fire and BBQ facilities. We stayed in a small studio lodge which was fine for the 1 night stay and minimal time we had at this lovely location. The studio was clean. The communication via the booking.com app with Adrian was fantastic! I didn't see anywhere to select wifi connection, but who cares on a nature weekend to escape the city. The mattress was very soft but i could still sleep. The shower was powerful and no issues with hot water which was great. I would certainly come back. The cost is so reasonable and competitive. A fraction of the price of when I've stayed in Pokolbin. You just have to not mind the 30 min drive. Check in was super easy with your keys just being left in an express mailbox for you upon arrival.

The location was so beautiful and uplifting surrounded by forest. We loved eating our delicious breakfast out in the sunshine surrounded by nature. The manager went out of his way the evening before to supply us with a delicious meal. The little apartment was lovely and spacious. We really appreciated being able to bring our cavoodle. We. had a lovely visit.

The whole place is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Just what I needed. Perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. The fire pit to have some wine at a cold night is wonderful. We all did the best time. We will recommend this place for other people too (even if the we think the breakfast could've have had more options). Definetely will be back soon if possible!
