With a lovely home feel, comfortable country-style furnishings and plenty of backyard for your kids or pet to enjoy, this property is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples or small families. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire on a winter’s evening, or enjoy a short stroll down to Paynesville and experience some of the beautiful cafes, restaurants and local attractions along the water’s edge. Katisha has plenty of lovely backyard space for your kids or pets to enjoy, along with a deck with seating and a BBQ to enjoy balmy evenings outside. Please note that the property is not entirely securely fenced - pets may need extra securing. This house is cozy, spacious and has a wood fire to keep you warm on a winter getaway
