As STAM Australia, we host the property on behalf of the owner. We have multiple listings on different platforms and often guests stay with us in multiple cities as part of their travel. Other Things to Note - Check in - We have in person check ins at our properties that we host. We manage the property on behalf of the owner and as part of our contract with them we don’t have a self check in option. For check in, the person that booked must be the person that checks in (exceptions made for a corporate booking or insurance company). We reserve the right to ask all guests for ID and will complete a form at check in. a. Late check in – as our check ins are in person we can meet you at any time between 3-9pm at the property. Any check in after 9pm is sixty dollars and after midnight one hundred dollars, this amount is passed to the person meeting you due to their extra expenses later at night. b. We can sometimes offer an early check in however will only be able to confirm in the day or two before your check in. To provide an early check in we will add another cleaner or use a different cleaning company to ensure it is ready for an earlier time (the fee we have for early check in varies between weekday and weekend and is between fifty and one hundred). We unfortunately don’t have a bag storage option at this property. -Third party reservations and check in - The person that booked must be the person that stays unless it is corporate booking made by the same company. We will ask for ID at check in and may ask to sight the Credit card that was used for the transaction to match it with the payment. -Noise levels and complaints - if there are any complaints by neighbours or abuse of house rules then we may remove on the spot without compensation.

Quiet and leafy family neighborhood close to park lands. The house is quiet and gets no road noise or noise from neighbors. A small but fully stocked supermarket along with 2 fast food outlets and a service station are within 100m of the home. Flemington and Kensington high streets are both within 1.5km and offer many dining options. The property is a 12 to 15 min walk (depending how fast you walk) to two separate train stations on different lines and a tram stop. The property has a double garage with electric remote door. Additional parking on the street is abundant, free and unrestricted. The property is adjacent many arterial roads to enable quick access to the city and suburbs. Riding and walking trails along the Maribyrnong river are 500m away.
