Located in the Prestigious Port Melbourne, a perfect central location within 15 minutes walking distance towards the beach, this beautiful home is very close to shops, restaurants, and all Melbourne has to offer. Superbly presented solid brick family residence over 2 levels with 2 bedrooms. On the ground level, you will find flexible family-friendly living, dining and spa. There is also a separate large kitchen opening onto a second courtyard. A great size laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer as well as a separate study area. Two great-sized bedrooms and a central bathroom are located upstairs. Included upstairs is also a second living area that features a TV, games and beanbags. There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard. There is car parking available for 1 car out the front.
