Wonderful breakfast with lots of options, both hot and cold. The fresh fruit was top notch. Excellent specialty coffee. Rooms were very functionally designed. Highly recommend the location as well.

We got an early check-in & upgrade after a long flight. Very appreciative!

Me and my family had a fantastic stay

Location, free breakfast lovely surprise. The reception looked after our bags post check out while waiting for our pick up for our flight, a place to pull up outside for a car to unload and wait 10 minutes, and the view from the room

The hotel is well located near several means of transport and has a great value for cost. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing different options of things to see and general guidance. The rooms were decent-sized, with a comfortable bed and clean bathrooms.

I really liked to attentive service of the hotel staff. The room was generous in size and well appointed.

The room was spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and very hot water. Everything we needed in the room. Loved the balcony for fresh air and view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Off street parking with a discount.

We loved everything about our accommodation Loved the location. Beds were very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. We loved Sr. Mildred. Had many cconversations with her. Multiple apologies for cross words expressed in out unit. I woukd book again if travelling to Victoria.

Staff was really nice, gentleman from New Zealand was particularly good. Nice kitchen with a lot of space.

Great affordable accommodation - location is fantastic.

Loved that the property felt more like an apartment than a hotel room! Great location, stone throw from the botanical garden which we walked through daily. Great restaurant options downstairs and a little grocery around the corner for easy grocery pick ups.

Really comfortable beds, great service and the pool/spa area is fabulous. Great location too, walkable to food hall, bookstore, games arena for teens, Arts Centre an Hamer Hall.

Park Hyatt is top notch. As good as they come. Really an excellent hotel, beautiful room, great facilities, professional staff, great breakfast and top location.

Location was peaceful and spacious room.

The location and size of my room were perfect for my unexpected stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in extending my stay at the last minute.

The staff at the Adelphi were wonderful. They helped us with our luggage, serving us drinks and even got cutlery for us to eat out takeaway. My friend had a walker and they were quick to help her access the building via the service lift. The little lounge/ dining area in the ground floor was a great spot. We loved our big rooms and comfortable beds. Couldn't hear any noise from surrounding areas. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Regent Theatre which was where we were going.
