The location is lovely, on a no through road, looking down into a valley, rural location, quiet, plenty of room to park, only 20 minutes to town, located in the Scenic Rim - lots of things within easy driving distance - Brisbane, Gold coast, Tamborine, NSW border, beautiful mountains and little towns. Enjoyed feeding the horses next door. Lots of board games and books on site.
