Enjoy the generous back garden where you could play a game of cricket, or the kids can just have a good run around. It is well fenced and shaded by lovely tall trees. The rear yard is a fabulous area for adults & kids and the dogs are sure to love it too! Yes! It is also pet friendly! A side drive leads to the carport so you can pop your cars off the street. LINEN: - BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) please check with our office for correct bedding information or to arrange linen hire. - Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking) - Doona Sizes: 1 Queen and 5 Singles

Lytton is a wonderful holiday home with a lovely feel and in a great location. It's an easy stroll to the play park & front beach in the popular Old Lonsdale area where you can walk to the shops, cafes and golf course. This spacious 2 storey home in a very popular location is on a large block - ideal for families! With a children's park close by as well as the front beach this home offers a great getaway. Walk to the front beach and the promenade where you can ride your bikes into Queenscliff or into the Pt Lonsdale Village. Check out the rock pools, the light house or you are just around the corner to the golf club. A great location and comfy house all year round. It's a wonderful private spot to kick back and enjoy the relaxed Point Lonsdale lifestyle.
