Snow skiing
Please note we are not near the snow fields. We are more then 3 hours to the closest snow fields on very dangerous roads during winter. We will ring and suggest staying at other accommodations closer to the snow fields if you intend to ski.
BBQ
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for unclean BBQs. Guests can decide to clean the BBQ to avoid the charge. If the BBQ is not cleaned to a high standard the credit card will be charged $50. Cleaning products are located in the bathroom cupboard.
Rubbish
You must take any excess rubbish with you that does not fit in the provided bins when you leave. Large bins are located near the main house in the carport.
All lights and heating must be turned off when leaving.
Pets
Your pet is most welcome. If you have your pet with you, it is expected that a few
simple rules of courtesy are followed:
- All pets must be approved before the stay
- Any pet feces, including outdoors, must be wrapped and placed in outside bins
- Guest must supply pet bedding
- Restrict pets to the hard floor areas
- Do not allow pets on any furniture, including in or on beds
- Pets are not to be left at the property without the owners
- If in the event a mess was left by your pet, you will be charged for steam cleaning of carpets & furniture
