Great location near Alma Bay and near to bus stops. Accommodation really suited our needs. Hadn't checked about the pool being heated and as old style it's not, so don't think anyone uses, but that's understandable. Only disturbance, the bush-stone curlews at night, as we were on the ground floor, but that was also quite amusing, as only one night: I chased them off! Right next door to the Magnetic Island RSL for the famous Friday night barbecue and community get-together.
