BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: • Sleeps 10. • Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed, 1 x Single Bed and en-suite. • Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed. • Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed. • Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed. • Bedroom 5 - 1 x King Single Bed. • Quality Linen Provided ___ PET FEE APPLICABLE: • AU40 per pet/night. • Please advise if you would like to bring your pets. • The Pet Fee charge is added after you book. • Pets must not use furniture, beds, or linens. • Bring your pet's bedding, bowls, and poo bags. • Clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours. • AU60 charge will apply for excrement left. ___ FIREWOOD SEASON: • 1st May - 30th September. • A starter pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night. ___ PRICING: • The base tariff includes 8 people. • Extra guests thereafter incur an extra fee per person per night. • Electric car charging is AU20 per use, payable separately after booking. ___ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: • Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. • Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. • Refundable Bond: An AU350 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. • Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. • Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. • Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. • Cancellation Policy: ~ More Than 31 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations incur a non-refundable AU5.00 channel manager fee. ~ 30 Days or Less Before Arrival: Cancellations are non-refundable. ___

POOL HEATING • The pool is heated throughout the day, year-round. • In winter, temperatures may not reach expected warmth due to colder weather and the inground pool design. • Consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed in very cold conditions. ___ 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: • Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: • The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: • There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. ___
