I booked the Mayfair for my daughter- in-law who is recovering from chemotherapy. The location is excellent close to shops and cafes. Her room was fine. The staff, particularly Jill, were wonderfully supportive of her during her stay. We are very grateful.

Huge room, huge bathroom, really nice and great value, three separate beds (hard travelling in a 3 usually get a double and one single) They provided plates, cups, cutlery, microwave fridge toaster dishwashing stuff teatowel - I was not expecting any of that you can basically self cater there. Guest laundry. Location is amazing coles across the street, fantastic coffee shop literally 60 seconds from the room, about 5 great restaurants in less than 5 mins walking, bottle shop on the premises for those that want it. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely green courtyard that the rooms are centered around. If I come to Hobart again will definitely try to stay here really good value for money

Good location, easy to find. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The room had a couch as well as a table and four chairs, plus two queen size beds. It was nice to have kitchenware, too.

We arrived on a late evening flight, and the hotel made arrangements for our after hours access to our room - these arrangements were made by the Motel at the time of the booking, so we had everything in place well ahead of the trip. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and a supermarket, so you do not need to travel far for great meal options. However, the location is close to Battery Point and Hobart CBD, so you have many options. The rooms are spacious, the shower is hot, and the towels are plush.

Mayfair Plaza is an excellent location. So close to all amenities. Restaurants, coffee, supermarket, medical centre, all within walking distance, and just a short drive to markets, pier, and casino.
