Newly renovated, large, bright free standing home. 15 minutes from the airport, 29 minutes by train to the CBD. 13 minute walk to the train station. The house is very clean and welcoming. It's the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a day of exploring everything Melbourne has to city. The space The house has two living areas and a large bright open kitchen. Beautiful floorboards throughout. Plenty of space for a large family or group to enjoy without feeling on top of each other. Other things to note “There is currently a construction project to the rear of the block that may create some daytime noise.”
Close to transport (train and bus). In close proximity to a number of large shopping centres. The nearest supermarket is just under 1k from the home.
