The view from the kitchen/living area was stunning and overall it was a lovely space to have fun with some friends for the weekend. The walkway down to the beach was very conveniently close by. Multiple sets of keys provided - useful for our large group. Lots of kitchenware utensils, cups, plates etc. plenty for all 10 of us. Bed linens and towels provided - appreciated this given many other places I was looking to hire required us to bring our own. Glad there were 3 toilets. On a wide road with plenty of street parking space. Stove, dishwasher, bbq were in good working order. Loved the lounge seats on the balcony. Free wifi! Overall pretty comfortable and pleasant stay.

This large home is just right for you to spend time with family and friends. Situated on the shores of beautiful Moana Beach, you can relax undisturbed. Just a short 200m walk to beach access, free of cars and crowds. This home has a beautiful back yard for those lazy hot summer evenings where you can light up the barbie and put your feet up. The balcony upstairs boasts views as far as the eye can see. Moana Heights shopping centre is a convenient 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk. For those who desire a bigger shopping centre, Seaford shops are just a 5-minute drive away where you will find everything you need including fast food outlets when cooking is not an option. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine. A wood heater in the lounge with wood supplied is the perfect accompaniment to a cool evening.
