Notes: - The key collection is located offsite (270m from the property) and not available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved. - The building management is currently replacing carpets in the common areas. This building-wide initiative may cause some temporary disruption in shared spaces such as hallways and lobbies. - Please be advised that the entry gate to the 1, 2 & 4 Dolphin car park is currently malfunctioning. Until the issue is resolved, all residents and guests are asked to exit temporarily via the 4 Bechert car park. A technician has been contacted and will attend to the issue as soon as possible. - Guests with pets must clean up after them in all common areas.
