This is a Home-Stay style of accommodation, which means I live in this property with my own bedroom with on-suite and I rent out the 3 other bedrooms to short term guests so you may be sharing the common spaces such as the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. The concept is a beautiful well maintained house that has a family feel, a home away from home. You can choose to interact with others or simple keep to yourself watch Netflix on your flat screen TV in your private bedroom or simple come and go as you feel, its totally up to you. So if you are looking for your own private accommodation then you may be better suited to booking a hotel. House Rules; 1. This is a no shoe house and no smoking house, 2. There is no cooking/reheating of red meat inside the house due to the smell going through the house. 3. Kitchen and dinning area closes at 9pm. 4. If you leave the property and leave the aircon in your room on you will be asked to leave the property. 5. If you enter any other bedrooms apart from yours or you enter a door marked private you will be asked to leave immediately. Just a note: I have 2 puppies 1x French bulldog and 1x dachshund both 12 months old that will be located downstairs during the day they will greet you at the door with lots of love, if I am not home so don't stress but if you're not a dog person this may be not the right place for you.

This property is the first house which I designed myself with the concept of a share accommodation which means there are plenty of places to relax and chill out with you and your partner. I love being a host to travellers, I am more than happy to offer suggestions on places and things to do on the Sunshine Coast alternatively give you your space to do your own thing. I respect your space and have basic house rules so all other guest respect each others space and clean up after themselves i.e the shared kitchen.

This area is called Palmview and the estate is called Harmony, this estate is only 3 years old so everything is brand new, houses, roads, parks etc. Harmony is a very family focused estate which has two amazing parks one of them is located directly behind my property the other park is a 1 min walk, with kids and adult exercise equipment and ping pong table. There is a lot of tress and landscaped gardens to walk around or you can chill out on our day bed and watch your own person garden light show in my back yard from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm every night. My rear garden is one of the highlights of my property and it backs onto a park so no neighbours behind us. Please note there is no buses to this estate until October so you will need a car or money for a uber.
