Griffith University Mt Gravatt Campus is very close by. We are approximately 15-20 minutes drive from the CBD, Southbank, and Fortitude Valley. We are handy to to the M1 Freeway for trips down to the Gold Coast (40 minutes away). I love living in Mt Gravatt East as it's close to the freeway for easy access to the City (15-20mins), and also access to the Gold and Sunshine Coast beaches. It's 45 mins from the Gold Coast and around 1hr 30 mins to the Sunshine Coast.
