Mundic Waterfront Cottages are located on a working vineyard. All cottages have a private balcony and jetty on the water. Each cottage has a living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Mundic Waterfront Cottages will be an experience you won't forget! Situated on a working vineyard as well as on the banks of the Mundic Creek (off shoot of the famous River Murray). Each cottage includes a private Jetty & boat ramp! Uninterrupted water views just metres from the water, you can't get much closer! Surrounded by beautiful established gardens & large gum trees this hidden gem is surrounded by Australian Native Wildlife both on land & water. These self contained cottages have full size & well equipped kitchens as well as BBQ areas & outdoor furniture. This is a perfect place for families, groups travelling together & couples. We also offer private function bookings with prior notice. Just 1km from Paringa township with a Bakery, Hotel & Grocery Store, there is little need to go anywhere else & with Renmark township just 4km away this property is the perfect balance of peace & quite with shops & restaurants just minutes away. Such a private facility, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were further away!
We are a young family with 3 boys who adore the outdoors! We love taking holidays & understand what families look for to make their stay perfect! We enjoy camping during the winter months & sitting around a campfire & during the warmer months watersports such as kayaking, swimming & skiing. Of course it goes without saying that fishing is an all year round sport day & night! We also love bush walking & enjoy the local wildlife. At the Cottages we have an abundance of birdlife, you just won't believe. We have kangaroos & emus visit via the vineyard, cheeky possums in the gum trees & during summer months goannas & other reptiles can be spotted. We can assist with fishing advice if required too.
We have an endless number of Wineries well worth a visit as well as a brewery just 10 minutes away (also situated uniquely on the water). Other attractions nearby include restaurants, Paddle Steamer Rides, the famous Rustons Rose Garden, museums, golf course, art galleries, antique shops, playgrounds, Monash Playground & picturesque lookouts. The wider Riverland region offers many other experiences all within 30-60 minute drive. If you are lucky you may visit during the annual Renmark Rose Festival or possibly during one of the watersport events off the banks of the Renmark River Front. Great shopping facilities just minutes away & if you enjoy the outdoors, bush walking & canoe tours are all available.
