If you’re looking for a sea change or a tree change, this home is the perfect combination of both. Right in the heart of Moffat Beach, this two-storey house is the absolute best place for a much-needed seaside stay. The kids will love exploring the leafy, sunlit backyard with its own cubby house and tree swing. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a unique but tasteful interior, designed with comfort in mind. This home makes holidaying as a family easier than ever and the hardest part of staying here will be packing your bags to leave!

Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.
