What a pleasure to meet Ron who is very passionate about rescuing, treating and providing a rehab and sanctuary for injured wildlife. He took us to his kangaroo sanctuaries (over 500 acres combined), planted over 15 thousands trees and brought us home to play with Oscar ( Tawny Frogmouth) and Squirt (parrot)..We joined two feeding sessions at 6.30 a.m and pm, and fed them milk from baby bottles to kangaroos Archie, Linda, Sadie and few more. The girls collected chicken eggs everyday, cuddled, played, fed and ushered them to the cage every evening. They also made homemade oatmeal and fed hay to Betty and Lulu (the ponies). We also fed and played with our resident pet bobtail, who shed his skin while we were there and the girls brought home his skin as a keepsake. What an amazing farmstay experience!

What a lovely find. We just stopped over and could have spent some more time there. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did bring along groceries to cook ourselves a meal, which was nice to do after so many not great meals on our trip. It was quiet and heard lovely birds singing in the morning. Also enjoyed looking at the photos of the farm over the years.

Great place, truly rural location but just 5 mins off the Great Eastern Highway, accessed by a good sealed road. There's no WiFi provided, but I got a good 4g phone signal there so was able to use that. Ron is a great guy, and the place has everything you need. Recommended
