For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to Oceans Break, a stunning holiday rental located in the picturesque coastal town of Berrara. This spacious and inviting retreat offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon and Wifi are available. No Garage Access No smoking inside the house Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
