Set against the backdrop of a working orchard and rolling farmlands, this retreat comprises a beautifully restored 1860’s bluestone farmhouse and adjoining self-contained apartment nestled within a serene garden adorned with captivating water features and views of a vast spring-fed dam. The property accommodates ten people, with multiple living spaces, ensuring a comfortable stay for couples, families, and friends. The main homestead sleeps six guests over three bedrooms, whilst within the footprint of the homestead, the gorgeous two-bedroom, Lemon Tree Apartment is fully self-contained and has a private side garden. Envision the warm, flickering glow of open fireplaces as you savour the homestead's award-winning 321 Cider or a glass of local wine, all while relishing the delightful company of cherished friends. Please note: There is a caretaker’s cottage at the entrance to the property. This is a private dwelling rented separately from the Homestead. Check-in time is between 3.00-4.00pm. The owner will meet you at the property to provide access and information about the property. If you require a later check-in, please contact the owner on the day to arrange this with them directly (contact details will be provided). For people travelling with children please note there is a large dam at the property. It is unsuitable for swimming. Orchards at Spring Vale Farm does not provide wedding accommodation unless the property is booked for a wedding. Nor is it available to host large parties or gatherings.
