This quality beachfront property is one of the premier holiday destinations in Brooms Head. Situated on one of the highest points in Brooms Head this beautifully rennovated apartment is in a class of it's own Walk to the beach or enjoy the ocean breeze from the comfort of your front deck. - Accommodates up to 5 people - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - Linen included (please bring beach towels) - Top floor unit - Ocean views - Off street parking - Shared laundry - No Pets (this includes visiting pets) Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 1 x single Walk to the Main Beach, Back Beach, the lookout, lagoon and only a short drive to Sandon River. Ideal for a family who loves the beach. Terms and Conditions Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding.
