Close to the beach and the place is spotless. Well equipped house + good furnitures make it feel like a real home, not a rental property. Kitchen + down stair living are quite roomy. Beds are comfy, bath rooms & toilets are very well maintained and sparking clean. A small garden + BBQ stove add a good touch. The host is friendly & responsive. Last but not least, the rent was very reasonable for us. This lets me give the place a rating of 10.
