Palmwood is located on the uphill side of Tulip Street, backing on to natural bush land. It is an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe, Chinamans Beach and Little Hyams Beach. How is the property laid out? You enter the house from the front deck into a generous open plan dining, lounge and kitchen area. There are three bedrooms on the main level: a master bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with two sets of king single bunks (sleeps four) and a third bedroom with a king bed. The Master bedroom has access to the front deck. Palmwood has two bathrooms and a separate laundry. The downstairs garage has been converted into a pool / games room.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
