Two bedroom apartment in amazing location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and all household essentials are provided. Coffee machine and breakfast cereals provided. Second television, free Wifi, study desk and two sets of keys provided for convenience. Split system heating and cooling, plus wall fans to bedrooms. Secure onsite undercover parking is included in the fee, guests are to note the garage clearance height is 2.05 meters. The apartment is 1 block from Queen Victoria Market and the free tram zone, a 6 minute walk to Flagstaff Train Station and close to Southern Cross / Airport Skybus. Aldi supermarket a 5 minute walk away (450m). Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment (excluding cleaners cupboard). Bedroom 1 comprises a queen sized bed and robe. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed, and is a study conversion so it is not a full sized bedroom. The entire apartment is 50sqm. Smoking is only permitted on balcony only (ashtray), never inside. We are set up for easy self check-in via key-safe, providing great flexibility for early/late arrival and departure times and last minute bookings. Instructions and the keysafe code will be sent to you in a message prior to your check in time. Early luggage drop off available, strict 10am check out. ** Please note, couch replaced late May 2024 and it no longer reclines, new photos to be uploaded shorlty.
I am a property developer, property manager, a mother, and love to travel. The perfect combination for a good holiday stay host. Maintenance, comfort and cleanliness are high on the priority list to ensure everyone has a nice stay. I hope you love the apartment as much as I do.
The apartment is on the doorstep of the Melbourne CDB, walking distance to trams, train stations and skybus (airport). A private car space is available. The house manual located inside the apartment will guide you to the closest amenities and public transport options. Guests are also recommended to use Google Maps, Google Translate, and Journey Planner to help get around.
