A gorgeous NEW Guest House in Balnarring Centre. Two bedrooms, a large bathroom with laundry, a fully equipped kitchen and a log fire in the living area. A dedicated driveway and private garden to the rear of the property, deck at the entrance. EXPERIENCE - 2-minute walk from the centre of town, 2 min drive to Balnarring Beach close to local wineries, this cosy studio provides the perfect base to go exploring around the Peninsula. The studio has the flexibility in TWO bedrooms:- 1 queen bed 1 king OR can be made into 2 singles. A modern and comfy private studio with concrete floors and clean lines. Ceaser Stone Benchtops in the Kitchen and Bathroom Studio is light bright and cosy, with soft rugs and furnishings for home from home feel. The front deck is West Facing for you to enjoy a drink and just relax. The Garden to the rear of the property gives you more space with an outside setting. We are close to the village but in such a private spot. Balnarring has everything for the foodie with gourmet food stores and excellent restaurants, everything for the explorer with Coolart wetlands trails and beach walks, as for the wine experience too many to chose from!
Balnarring, Victoria, Australia Beautiful Balnarring has everything you need for a relaxing time, great restaurants, beaches, vineyards cafes, and shops. Still with the feel of a laid-back town not as busy as some on the Peninsula, a hidden gem. A great location to explore the whole of the peninsula as the drive across to the Port Phillip Bay side through the gorgeous countryside is relaxing in itself. Getting around Local bus route from town 2 min walk
