It has an undercover front deck with spectacular sea views. Direct beach access is located across the road. The house features a queen sized room with full bathroom, reverse cycle split system air conditioning, 2 large screen TV’s, Blu Ray players and a retro library of DVD's and books. There is a fully equipped kitchen offering Miele dishwasher, cook-top, oven, microwave, large fridge and filtered water on tap. There is off street, undercover parking and a fenced backyard plus a BBQ and outdoor setting. Linen and towels are provided. Complimentary kitchen pantry, toiletries and laundry items are also included.
