Queensview Apartments was developed from the property division of our parent company as a provider of quality short or long stay accommodation in the exciting Melbourne market with a strong focus on families, business travellers and those seeking longer stays for extended holidays, relocations or even displacement following natural disasters and those waiting for their permanent accommodation to become available. Each apartment is a complete home and fits the needs of all good travellers. The building is extremely safe and secure offering keyless entry systems, selected tenants and guests and CCTV security to protect our guests. As parents and grandparents, our life philosophy is one of ensuring our guests have an enjoyable, private, safe and comfortable stay.

We offer to you ten family sized 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Modern Apartment ranging from 75-94m2 of total living space, from comfortable to expansive balcony areas, unit specific outdoor furniture. Some apartments offer quiet private spaces, expansive city views and views to Queens Park. With pricing to match your budget, you've have access to some of the best Short-Stay Family Sized Accommodation in close proximity to downtown Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of the inner city. Location is everything and this apartment is a fabulous short or long-term base offering Onsite Parking, Free Street Parking and the easiest access to Melbourne's great public transport system - it's famous (and effective) Trams. You can enjoy cafe's for breakfast and resturants, the local convienence store - really conveniently located, the fabulous Primrose Wine Bar - best to walk there as you're in for a jolly experience or food and wine - and take home a bottle or three from their fabulous Cellar (great range of Australian, European and South American wines). Your everyday shopping is just a short walk or Tram ride away with access to all three Major Supermarkets, great speciality stores and a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Getting around is a breeze. By car it's a short drive to the Freeway or take the secondary roads to your location. Without a car then simply hop onto Tram 59 which stops outside the front of the building and explore the the many shopping and eating options as you make you way into Melbourne CBD or Tram Hop and explore much or the city and everything Melbourne is famous for by hoping on connecting trams. Every Trams leads back to the CBD and from there it's back on Line 59 to get home. It really is that easy and that convenient.

Famous for being the home of the late great Dame Edna (Barry Humphries), it retains its village feel while servicing the neighbourhood with supermarkets, department and variety stores, and a great range of eateries and bars all in walking distance of the building's front door. Topping off it's Village Atmosphere is its location being just 7 Kilometres from the CBD and being on one of Melbourne's famous Tram Lines that will get you around the city with absolute ease.
