Stroll to CBD - shops, dining ,coffee, historic pubs + buildings, Sat farmers market, wine bar + boutiques. "Donnelly House" has been freshly renovated and furnished to contemporary standards. It comprises a cosy lounge room with upholstered couches , airconditioner and chandelier. 2 bedrooms with queen size upholstered beds, fresh linen / bedding + chandelier. Renovated bathroom and kitchen. New fridge, washing machine , dryer + WI F There is undercover parking at the back of the cottage.
