Annette and Bill were super friendly and accommodating, the location was great only 30 minutes to major towns in any direction and 15 minutes to small surrounding towns. it was peaceful and serene. The pot belly fire was a lovely touch. If you are looking for a great and peaceful place to unwind this is it. Thanks again to the hostess with the mostess.

The Rabbiters Hut is an exclusively restored rural cottage allowing guests to relax and experience country life. Unwind on the verandah or by the fire, taste local produce from paddock to plate and explore the surroundings. Enjoy a walk along the Lavender Walking Trail to return to the cottage for a leisurely lunch under the gum tree. Ask Annette for her recommendation of hidden gems and she will give you her depth of knowledge of localism, best places to eat and of rural life. Located on the picturesque property of Tinline Park boasting the most amazing views of the Murray Plains. The Rabbiters Hut is situated in the natural landscape of the Eastern Adelaide Hills. Guests are able to access 3 amazing regions of South Australia all within 20 minutes drive from the Rabbiters Hut; Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and Murraylands
Annette and Bill are genuine grass root warm people that welcome you to the Rabbiters Hut to enjoy a special part of the Adelaide Hills that is untouched. They are passionate about farming and the care of the land for the next generation. They both love to share this with their guests and encourage them to explore the regions and enjoy the accommodation that they provide. Prior to your arrival contact your host Annette for information re farm tours and extra catering. If requested Annette can prepare an special luncheon under the Gum Tree at an extra cost. Don't hesitate to contact her for assistance. Also ask Annette about her guide tours of the regions being Chauffeur Driven.
Whilst the Rabbiters Hut is on the Eastern Edge of the Adelaide Hills it offers so many unique attractions of discovering some of South Australian best kept secrets of Natural Landscape. To stay one night would be sinful but to stay more allow guests to visit wine regions, the river and walk the gorges of the Eastern Ranges of the Adelaide Hills. Explore Adelaide Hills- Pike and Joyce, Goldings Winery, Lobethal Winery, Lobethal Road Winery, Lobethal Bierhaus, Oakbank Hotel for a great steak. Retail Therapy at Pony Charleston. Explore Barossa- Hentley Farm Wines, Seppeltsfield Fino Restaurant a must, Ferment Asia Restaurant main street Tanunda. Explore The Murray River.
