Located in a nice part of town, close to shopping and the town centre, this newly renovated Port Pirie apartment offers quality and spacious one bedroom living. With a slight Bohemian theme, this small home has all the modern facilities expected for an enjoyable experience. Red Ochre is situated in a small exclusive group of only seven unique living units, offering a variety of accommodation options. Home style accommodation which better suits guests who enjoy modern living with room to move. This apartment includes: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Flat Screen TV, Undercover Parking, Free Wifi, Queen Bed, Fridge, microwave, toaster, jug, crockery and cutlery, BBQ, Dining table and chairs, Two seater lounge, Shower, toilet and hand bowl, Washing machine and trough, Good size private courtyard, All linen, towels, and kitchenware etc provided. Sorry, no Parties or Pets.
