This spectacular 3 bedroom home has dining and living split over two levels, connected by an amazing floating staircase. 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, second with bath along with large windows afford gorgeous tree top views. Full Kitchen, dining table for 8 and downstairs is a large living room which has access to a deck area and gardens Meticulously decorated, the owners have gone to great lengths to create a warm environment featuring an eclectic mix of art, books, textiles all set within and architecturally designed habitat. The property is dog friendly. There is a large yard and is secure for larger dogs.

The Daylesford-Hepburn Region is famous for its mineral waters and is known as the Spa Centre of Australia. Our beautiful scenery includes the famous Lake Daylesford, the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and the Wombat State Forest. There are historic buildings in the main street of Daylesford and the region’s history lies in the rush for gold. Lake Daylesford now covers land upon which gold was first discovered and offers lakeside picnic spots, cafes, walking tracks, fishing and pedal boating. The internationally known Lake House sits on its shores and there are public BBQ facilities and amenities adjacent to the main parking area. Lake Jubilee is located south of Daylesford (about a 10-15 minute drive) and is ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. If you are looking for a waterfall, visit Sailor’s Falls, less than 30 minutes south from the Daylesford Town Centre. If you are into the outdoors, Daylesford sits at the junction of three walking trails that are part of the Great Dividing Trail – the Lerderderg Track, the Dry Diggings Track and the Wallaby Track. The Hepburn Regional Park is a little less challenging and contains mineral springs and relics of the bygone gold era.
