Riverbend Byron Hinterland Retreat is our home. We feel so very blessed to have found such a truly special place and want to share it with others to create memories with friends, family and loved ones that will be cherished for a lifetime. Set on 120acres of land, with a 2km private river frontage, Macadamia orchid and abundance of wildlife and birdlife. We have created a secluded and peaceful paradise getaway for you to truly connect with nature and wildlife, a place where you can find peace and tranquility and really unwind and relax. It is now a 'Land For Wildlife' registered property. We have Koalas, Echidnas, Wallabies and even Platypus here at Riverbend & at least 60 different species of birds. We wish for guests to enjoy Riverbend for a relaxing weekend escape, holiday, honeymoon, girls weekend or even a wedding or special event.
Justin & I are very down to earth people who love to create memories that last a lifetime. We are active and love an adventure, we go on long walks and swims down by the river or under the waterfalls. We go on many drives throughout the hinterland and go to all of the beaches nearby for a swim or a surf. We are very family orientated and love to spend time with our families. Justin is an entrepreneur, he works on the Macadamia farm and also runs an online business that helps people to grow their businesses and build better customer relations with clients and I am a florist , events planner and I love to create amazing events and memories for clients. Byron Bay Hinterland is an incredibly stunning lush and peaceful place, situated just 25mins inland from the iconic Byron Bay Beach itself. It is close enough to just pop into the cafes, shops and beach but inland enough to be peaceful retreat away from all the hustle and bustle. It really is the heart of the hinterland. There are lots of beautiful quaint towns that you are able to drive through, Clunes, Federal, Bangalow, Mullumbimby the gorgeous drive and scenery are lush and calming. There are also many attractions near by Minyon Falls waterfall the largest in NSW is at our doorstep just 5mins away. Crystal Castle is just 15mins away and Byron Bay of course my favourite.
