This single level home perfectly balances stylish interiors with expansive outdoor spaces. Designed with open plan kitchen, living and dining, it extends to an alfresco entertaining patio with a large outdoor table. Kids will love playing on the grassy lawn, while an elevated swimming pool makes it easy to cool off during Perth’s summer heat. The living area is combined with a separate theatre room, while the sleek stone kitchen comes fully equipped for shared meals at home. It includes a gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster with an island bench for your morning coffee. Central heating and cooling makes this home a year-round retreat. There are four beautifully presented bedrooms within the home, sleeping up to six guests. The master bedroom comes with a plush queen-sized bed, its own TV and modern ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also benefits from a queen-sized bed and separate TV. Bedrooms three and four each have two comfortable single beds, topped with hotel quality linens for a good night’s sleep. Within the immaculate main bathroom, there is a bathtub, shower, toilet and large mirrored vanity. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for their holiday use. The property comes with secure parking for two cars.

The inner eastern suburb of Rivervale borders the Swan River and is a 10-minute drive from the city centre. Cycle or walk along the Swan River, taking in scenic sites such as Elizabeth Quay, Barracks Street Jetty and the South Perth Foreshore. From Rivervale, the Crown Casino is just a short drive away, home to some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs such as Bistro Guillaume, Nobu and Rockpool Bar & Grill. Visit Perth Zoo, Optus Stadium and Kings Park and Botanic Garden and eat your way through the foodie hotspot of Albany Highway in nearby Victoria Park. Popular haunts include Harvest Espresso, Neho Asian Tapas and Boston Brewing Co.
