With good views across the valley surrounding Spring Creek this bright, tidy and spacious beach house is ideal for families needing a good base to relax whilst on holiday. Enjoy amazing sunsets across the valley and hills from the large front veranda. Quiet location in the old Torquay Church estate - only a 3-minute drive or 10 minute walk to either the surf outlets or to supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the centre of Torquay. Spring creek is a short walk down the hill. Well set up with a large living area and a kitchen with everything needed for holiday living. A reverse cycle split system covers the living/dining/kitchen area. Secured garden, BBQ and setting for entertaining. Table tennis table indoors. The three bedrooms are made up of 2 in the house and then a bungalow as the 3rd bedroom. All have tower fans. The bungalow is comfortable with carpeting and heating with easy access across the courtyard to the back door and 2nd bathroom. Wifi is also included. The property has a secured enclosed garage with automated roller door + 2 off-street parking spaces. Available all year round for holiday rental or off-peak short term lease.
