Sandy Haven is a pet friendly home located in the heart of upmarket seaside suburb Sandringham. This beautiful home is only a five minute walk to the beach where you can discover some delicious eateries and browse some fantastic shops. Near the station, if you hop on a train you'll be in the CBD within 28 minutes where you'll discover all that the city has to offer. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel. Split system air con in living room and ducted heating throughout. Secure rear courtyard and front garden with BBQ. Walking distance to Sandringham Village and beach, plus transport. Off street parking in driveway for 1 vehicle, plus additional on street parking. Pet friendly by arrangement (securely fenced rear courtyard and off leash dog park/beach within 1km). IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
