Nestled in the stunning seaside hamlet of Scotts Head on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, 'Seamist' is a charming and spacious 4 bedroom coastal holiday home situated an easy 5 minute stroll to absolutely magnificent beaches. The home has recently undergone a complete renovation and extension and it is beautifully finished in coastal décor and very well equipped with luxury touches throughout. The perfect Coastal retreat for relaxing beach holidays or weekend escapes with family and friends. The space This spacious home has two living areas, a large 8 seater dining area, a large covered entertaining deck with elevated outlook, gorgeous well equipped kitchen with appliance cupboard, microwave and plenty of cooking provisions including slow cooker, rice cooker and electric wok. The main bedroom features soaring ceilings with feature trim, and a barn door leading to the lovely ensuite. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds, & the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans, the bedding offers excellent comfort, & Sheridan linen offers a 5 star hotel quality feel. There is a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer & extra toilet, plus an outdoor shower & large backyard.
All local facilities are within easy reach including Scotts Head Central which offers The Friendly Grocer, which is a great convenience and grocery store, a local medical centre, Pharmacy, wellness centre and beautician and Scotts Head Hub - a community minded café and meeting place. Other facilities include The Showroom with amazing Toby Estate coffee, yummy food and some giftware, plus a fish and chip shop and Bottleshop. Sunday drinks and music can be enjoyed at the Surf Club from 4pm whilst watching the sunset. Great food and drinks at the Bowling Club, with courtesy bus available. Yoga and exercise classes available locally. Amazing holiday markets and other annual festivals and events. Getting around The beautiful Main beach stretches endlessly to the North where you can enjoy long walks and stunning sunsets. The gentle waves are perfect for families with children, and there are a variety of surf breaks making it a popular place for surfers and paddle boarders. Located an easy stroll to local facilities, bowling club and the beach. Located 1 hour from Port Macquarie to the South and Coffs Harbour to the North which both offer all major centre facilities and attractions.
