Allusion Winery is a sweet little 35 acre farm and boutique vineyard located at the bottom of the Yankalilla Hill, just before you reach the lovely little country town in the heart of the Fleurieu Coast. Our property has stunning views across the valley and out to the ocean. We also house an ever-growing collection of farm animals that we absolutely adore and in turn, help with our plan to reduce waste and regenerate our land. We have two self contained cottages, two glamping style domes and our beautiful Cellar House for you to chose to stay in. We have great wifi and phone coverage across the property if your needing to stay connected, but also have the serenity and peace from the surrounding bushland if you need to switch off and leave it all behind. We are an hour south of Adelaide, 10 minutes to the famous Carrickalinga beach, 30 minutes from McLaren Vale, 30 minutes from The Deep Creek Conservation Park and 30mins from the ferry at Cape Jervis (to Kangaroo Island). We can help organise day trips for you and point you in the right direction of things to do in the area.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! We are loving welcoming people back to Allusion Winery and can't wait to have you stay with us. Our manager TJ is a local resident who is often onsite pottering around and our family loves visiting our farm and catching up with all of our farm animals! Make sure you give us a holla if you see us about and would like to meet some of our feathered/woolie team!
The Fleurieu Coast is well known for its beautiful beaches. With the Carrickalinga, Normanville and Rapid bay all within a half an hours drive, our favourite thing to do is grab some fish and chips and perch up at one of them! There is great food and drink to be had in the area with cafes, restaurants, farm shops, a brewery and winery. It is fabulous for activities such as Bush Walking, Kayaking, Mountain Biking and Horse Riding. You can be as active, or as laid back, as you want. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction, or see the lovely volunteer at the Yankalilla information centre on South Road.
