Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. Sleeping up to 11 (max 6 adults), Shore Beats Work comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus media room, dual outdoor spaces and lush, landscaped gardens and lawns, with family pets welcome to join (on application). Showcasing high quality finishes, including wide blackbutt timber floorboards and fresh, modern styling, this stunning holiday home boasts an open plan design with high ceilings and loads of natural light. Enjoy complimentary Starlink wi-fi from the separate media room or curl up in the living space, listening to your favourite vinyl on the record player, laying on the contemporary couches, bathed in sunlight beneath a wall of windows. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
