Sitting on half an acre and the gardens are filled with flowering plants and beautiful trees, the deep front verandah is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy this home as a base for a country wedding weekend, discovering the magical Southern Highlands or enjoying the historic village of Berrima with great restaurants, fabulous coffee shops and shopping in locally owned, artisan stores. Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Somerset enjoys an outstanding position within the Berrima township. It is a short walk to the centre of the historic town. Berrima is a short drive from Bowral and many Southern Highlands wedding venues are a short drive away. Why choose Somerset? This beautiful home has been tastefully renovated and furnished and epitomises a Southern Highlands getaway! Sleeping 8 guests across 4 bedrooms it is a wonderful option for a group of friends or a couple of families to explore the Southern Highlands together. How is the property laid out? The heart of this house is formed by the combination of the dining area, kitchen, breakfast area and informal lounge so you can entertain, enjoy smart TV and prepare that special meal while still enjoying time with your friends and family. The well- equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee plunger. The formal lounge offers another space to relax in front of the fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower and a toilet. The other 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed and share the main bathroom which has a combined bath/shower and a separate powder room.
