Brand new build, Stella on Stevens offers contemporary design where urban industrial meets coastal comfort. This 2 brm luxury townhouse is positioned perfectly where the beach is only a minute stroll away and has a popular day time cafe next door while the main village precinct with a choice of other eateries & shops is an easy 8 minute walk. It is well positioned if you happen to be coming down for The Blues Train, The Q Train, Music Festival, wedding, honeymoon or other occasion. Blissfully private where you can relax comfortably indoors nestled by the fire with a glass of your favourite local tipple, whilst your family can frollock safely at arms length; arrive at Stella and you'll soon get the sense of having stepped foot into a secure haven just for you! There are 2 large bedrooms; both with ensuites - beautiful bathroom towels are provided- the beds are solid king size Australian made beds made up ready for your arrival with luxurious linen. 2 spacious and beautifully decorated sitting areas with quality Australian made furnishings.

Neighborhood info

The ground level living area is open plan it has a luxurious lounge with a gas pebble fireplace for ambience and warmth and a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and large bulter's pantry with loads of appliances for guest's use. The dining area comfortably seats 8 and overlooks the outdoor entertaining with a stunning inground pool, 1.8m deep and heated for your enjoyment - ALL YEAR ROUND. The ground level European laundry has a washing machine and dryer, plus there is a separate powder room. There is a side drive to a lock up carport which also has room for your outdoor bbq and dining plus an outdoor shower which has hot and cold water. Make your way to the 2nd level and you will find a casual second living room with a large flat screen TVand two king bedrooms both of which have large flat screen TV's and ensuites. One of the bedrooms opens out to a spacious balcony which makes for a perfect chill out space for an evening drink and nibblies.
