It is across the road from the water but has great views through a reserve so that you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over Sunset Beach.

Property info

Sunset Place is a 2 storey townhouse ideally located in a quiet street within peaceful Soldiers Point. It has views to the water and is just an 80m walk to the sandy beach, where the sunsets are spectacular. The townhouse features a downstairs living space with large windows, kitchen, powder room and laundry. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin singles. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own ensuite, and the main bathroom comes with corner spa. There’s also an upstairs deck with table and chairs for enjoying the view and the weather. There’s a garage with remote control to fit one vehicle, and additional off-street parking. The property is lovingly cared for by the owners who spend plenty of time there themselves, as a second home. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. A pre payment of 50% is required at time of booking. If arrival date is within 30 days full amount due at time of booking.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
