Surfers Paradise is the ultimate luxury beach home! This designer Hampton style home in the historic Catherine Hill Bay is brand new with luxury and comfort in mind for your ultimate holiday. Perfect for large groups and includes free Wifi and pool table. This newly constructed architectural home has been thoughtfully interiorly decorated throughout and is designed for families and friends who are looking for an escape from the city to surf, swim, eat, sleep and relax. The main patrolled beach (named in Australia’s 101 Best Beaches) and Moonee Beach are at your doorstep, only an hour and a half from Sydney. Sleeping up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Surfers Paradise has plenty of room and is great for entertaining. It has a large open plan living area with outdoor table, gourmet fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishwasher, lounge room with smart TV and pool table! There are also glimpses of the ocean from the upstairs balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze, an afternoon wine or cook a BBQ! The bedrooms all have comfortable, luxurious bedding to enjoy a good night’s sleep and plenty of storage space. There is a second sitting area upstairs – perfect for the kids. Catherine Hill Bay is a secluded and sleepy old mining village within the City of Lake Macquarie. Access is via a sealed beach road off the Sydney - Newcastle Freeway and the Pacific Highway. Illaroo is situated in the new Beaches Estate (a residential village within Catherine Hill Bay) nestled between two pristine ocean beaches and hugged by vast National Parks. You will receive an SMS before your arrival with information on directions to your property and any other special information you may require during your stay. This is sent once the check-in form has been completed.
