Whether you decide to grab take-away from one of the local eateries or prefer to cook up a storm yourself, this sun-drenched entertainment area is a true highlight of the property and boasts uninterrupted views of Point Perpendicular and Beecroft Peninsula. Downstairs alongside the roomy third bedroom is a rumpus haven providing plenty of room for chilling out, with a cosy leather couch, large flat-screen TV and Foxtel. There is also plenty of room to safely store surfboards and other holiday belongings. Adjacent is a second bathroom and laundry with a handy washing machine and dryer ensuring your holiday is hassle free. A second timber deck with an outside double hot water shower spills out onto a manicured lawn and lush grassland reserve that extends all the way to Gerroa’s pristine ocean waters. Also nearby is a quaint river that is popular for stand-up paddle-boarding, fishing and picnicking.
