Positioned in a quiet street, just moments from the sands of Bennett’s Beach. Multiple entertainment areas, covered decks with gas BBQ, outdoor setting, perfect for that late summer afternoon BBQ. This modern 4-bedroom holiday home is ideal for children, with its fully fenced yard. Recently refurbished, you will love the new décor and beachy feel this home has about it. Open plan living area, complete with comfy furnishings. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has laundry facilities. Only 5 minutes to restaurants, shops, golf club and the Myall River, a short walk to Jimmy’s beach and Bennett’s beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds with fishing, swimming, surfing and boating, all just a stone’s throw from this great holiday residence. Important Points -No pets allowed. -No Wi-Fi. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.
