The property was in a great location. We were attending a wedding at nearby Montrose House- only a 2min drive down the road! The property was clean and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. Sutton Forest Inn was only 50m up the road- a great place for dinner. The beds were comfortable and we were very warm during what was a chilly and rainy weekend.

There are steps to access the home, and the bathroom has a shower over the spa bath, and therefore may not be suitable for those unsteady on their feet. PLEASE NOTE: Sutton Forest Cottage does not have wifi - it's your chance to unplug for a break! (Telstra has reasonable mobile reception, however Optus and Vodaphone do not have good reception in the Highlands.)
