Incredible location!!! We loved our stay here. The inside was wonderful with great facilities. Breakfast was lovely with beautiful yoghurt and fruit. We expected to it might be a little challenging to find the property, but it was easy to follow Jean's instructions, and my sedan was fine on the driveway. Was also pleasantly surprised to have phone reception (with Optus). A great stay, thank you!

The location was absolutely amazing, right where the jungle starts. Our host met us on our arrival, and she was super nice and welcoming. She mentioned that together with her husband, they devote their time to animals, which is great and it showed how informative she was. You can find brochure about all the surroundings, where to go and what to see in the room and it was very nice written. Breakfast is very fresh and you can find everything you need in your room. We had a lovely stay, I just wish we stayed longer and explored the area. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful, clean, and thoroughly comfortable self-contained unit at the edge of the jungle and open farmland. Fantastic host family made for a wonderful and personal stay. I enjoyed the wholesome breakfast of fruit, cereal, and delicious local yogurt. Opportunity to go spotlighting for mammals at night on the property and surrounding country roads was an incredible bonus; Jean was a fun and knowledgeable guide to the local wildlife and I had great views of some of the endemic possum species (Green Ringtail, Herbert River, and Lemuroid). Also, the host family is leading important wildlife conservation and community work, so learned quite a bit as well!
